姥姥的“烦“题

星期一临放工时，我们这一组又有个“紧急“会议。

姥姥寒妮不晓得在早上出席了什么无聊的Training, 下午回来后突然也“无聊”上身，在临放工时叫我们到会议室来个无谓的会议。

来来去去，始终还是：“为何那么少新的生意？你们要找更多的新顾客, 一定要，一定要！“

姥姥：“今天我上了一个关于“Funnel Management 的Training", 我现在有些问题要你们帮忙我回答，我们星期三放工后在会议室谈谈。你们三个人，别互抄，我不想看到相同的答案哦！“

哇！这个姥姥，竟然学人玩问答题呢！我们几时回到了学府，必须重新读书回答问题，答得好，答得妙的有否奖励呢？

今天，星期三，是截止日期。我还提不起劲要来回答这些真的很无聊的问题。浪费时间，浪费精神。吃了午餐后，才来假惺惺的回答些不是我们内心话的答案：

1. Who are you and what do you do?


Telesales. Call customers to intro our company & share the promotion info & maintain a good relationship with customers to gain new leads/opportunities to company.

2. What do you know about funnel management?

Funnel Management is a method to keep track/control our sales pipelines to monitor the sales process to reaching our quota.


3. What do you do currently to manage your funnel?

~try to find more leads

~get update from Sales Team

~Follow up (with customers & sales team)


4. What challenges do you face in managing your funnel?

~ Lead not enough

~ Margin low

~percentage to close a deal is low

（其实我想说：姥姥，你就是我们的挑战嘛。有着神经质的脾性，只会说，且不会做的性格，还真的很难与你合作，跟你相处呢！在你那“淫威”的领导下，我们真的有苦往心里吐，有口难言啊！真受罪呢！）

5. Any best practice to share?

~need more promo info to talk with customers

（其实我想说：姥姥，我们可以向老板提议“炒”了你，再聘请个帅哥或美女来当我们的经理吗？我想这会是最有效，也最能帮到我们的方法，因为你就是那个“大问题”。）

（其实我想说：吃喝睡觉，看网上连续剧，听网上音乐，打网络游戏，在面子书，在MSN与人谈天说地；你是否也会觉得很充足吧？好提议吗？）

姥姥啊姥姥，你真地认为，就算我们每个人回答了你的问题，问题就能得到解决吗？在我们的心目中，始终还是一致认为此种问题还真的无聊透顶，浪费时间与精神。
