I need to inform you that currently our 3rd party email hosting, Shinjiru site having such kind of email policy, which they will deny us from sending email to others if we’ve reached 400 emails has been sending out within an hour time. Therefore, can you please take note on this, so far currently I noticed that Eric is the one who blast out plenty of emails most of the time. If that any possible way that we can control on this? Kindly advice on this, thank you.
Is there anyway to increase the # of email sending out?
Eric sending out email due to event, promotion and only business related email.
Most of the time, telesales need to email to at least 500 accounts at one time then follow up by calls.
If they only can email 400 emails at once, this might affected their productivity.
Appreciate your kind advice and help on this.
Thank you
Noted on your concern, but our hosting plan is restricted to 400 mails per hour only, except we upgrade to a higher plan from Shinjiru’s site.
Therefore, instead of sending 500 emails at one time, is it possible that Eric can send about 100 emails per hour? The limitation of 400 emails is based on hourly, not daily.
Please advice, thank you.
It mean company pay u $$ for doin nth (waitin to send emails) good for u, bad for the company... but this really a joke lo...
